Telephone Cash Collection and Negotiation Skills Training
This course is designed to provide delegates with an insight into telephone debt collection and to help them achieve success by using interpersonal skills and negotiation techniques. During the course delegates will look at collection principles, the art of assertiveness, how to preserve goodwill and understand how to deal with difficult calls. The course does not cover legislation but concentrates on the skills and attributes needed to improve performance.
