Kevin is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Management (FICM) and a Member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD). He has served on the Council of the Commercial Collection Agency Association (CCAA), a section of the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), of which he is a member.He served on the Board of the European Collectors Association (ECA), an organisation that focuses on the collection of overdue accounts in 23 Countries across Europe.
He has also spearheaded intiatives to promote best practice credit management throughout the USA, Europe and the Far East and has made numerous keynote addresses at Global Credit Conferences enthusing thousands of credit professionals to raise the standard of their own credit management and in-house practices.
Kevin currently lectures in "Debt Management" for The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) on behalf of local government and with over 30 years experience in the credit management and cash collection industry, is a leading figure within this business sector.
Managing Director - Nicky Sanders-Loat
Nicky has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, providing advice on credit control within the business sector and debt consolidation within the consumer sector. Nicky is Fluent in Spanish and English.
As Managing Director, her focus is to ensure commitment to excellence is achieved and that HCM's service levels are always attained and exceeded. Nicky oversees HCM's receivables outsourcing division which provides credit control support for over 200 clients.

Vice President of Global Operations - Michael Williams
Michael's career spans over 30 years in the Credit-Collection Industry and has worked and consulted for companies in Commercial Finance, Commercial Collections, Telecommunications, Retail and started in the Industry with a major Consumer Finance Company.Previously he worked for an International Credit Management Company in the capacity of their V.P. of Operations. While over seeing the Commercial operation, he also was involved in Outsourcing, Credit Insurance and International Commercial Collections.
As well, he has an extensive background in the legal process involved in litigating on Commercial cases. Additionally, Michael worked for a Consumer Collection Agency in the early part of his career. Michael also worked for one of the largest Mortgage Companies in America as a consultant. He reported directly to the VP of the Treasury Department, assisting in the reconciliation and collection of their escrow collection portfolio.
Head of IT & Marketing - Anthony Luxton BSc Hons
Anthony previously worked for EDS (a HP company) as a Problem Manager. He has a BSc Hons in Computer Science, is ITIL Certified and is naturally adept with programing languages and methodologies. He has a flare for design and creating new initiatives within the global business environment and project manages all the information technology and marketing strategies of the HCM Group. He is also the founding Director of AFX Design, a successful design consultancy.
